The Integrated Natural Resources and Environmental Management Project (INREMP) is inviting applicants for the following vacant position:

Terms of Reference
Finance Specialist
BS Accountant or any related course;
Preferably with Civil Service Eligibility;
Knowledgeable in government accounting and auditing procedures;
Familiarity with ADB regulations is desired;
Experience on financial management of foreign-assisted and special projects is an advantage;
Knowledgeable in computer and internet applications;
Physically and mentally fit; and
Willing to do field work in upland or rural communities.
Acts as focal for his/her assigned region/river basin;
Prepare monthly SOEs NPCO;
Prepare reconciliation of prior years of SOE (CURB, WIRB, BURB and LLRB);
Prepare request for downloading of Sub-Allotment Advice (SAA), Notice of Transfer of Allocation (NTA) and Funding Checks by the Project;
Prepare summary of Statement of Allotment, Obligation, Balances and Disbursement (SAOBD), and BFARs;
Prepare disbursement vouchers with corresponding Obligation Request Status (ORS);
Consolidation of reports on the status of allotment, obligation, balances, and disbursement of URBs;
Conduct monthly disbursement reconciliation with the Cashier and Budget;
Encoding of data in the iPMIS for Finance;
Provide inputs in the preparation of Project Completion Report; and
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Project Manager and Immediate Supervisor.
Place of assignment is at the National Project Coordinating Office in Quezon City.
Contract Period: December 2021 (subject for contract renewal)
